Arlo security camera

Hi so I got an add to plan of the Arlo security camera with the 2 extra outdoor cameras and the 24 months arlo service but I don’t know how I activate the service there wasn’t anything in the boxes to show or tell me how to activate it 

so am wondering how I get the service as it has me on a 30 day trial right now and there wasn’t anything no code to start the service

thinks for trying but this doesn’t fix my issue I have already setup the camera the issue is I didn't receive the 12 digit code to activate the service I have since spoke to EE and it's gonna take them 5 days to send me a code
