Can’t activate Apple Music add on

Hi,

I’ve just purchased the Apple AirPod Pro 2 £15 a month add on with the 24 month Apple Music included, however since receiving the product I’ve no idea how to activate the Apple Music

Can you visit the Apple Music activation| EE page on your mobile phone? 
It's best to do this while connect to mobile data, rather than Wi-Fi

How exactly is it you purchased this?
Did you do it outright, on finance, or are you paying it off through your mobile bill?

I brought it as a bundle to pay monthly with my mobile bill

You should have a feature active on your account for the Apple Music subscription that will link with Apple when you head to the page @Ali_A shared.

Did you definitely do this over mobile data rather than WiFi?

If you continue to struggle, I'd recommend reaching out to our team, so we can double check everything is active as it should be.

It says that the Apple Music has been used as I did have the free trial when I first joined in September last year… However this is a completely new deal and should be reactivated in add ons which it hasn’t been

Please give our Customer Care team a call on 150 from your EE mobile who'll check you have the correct subscription is added to the account for your purchase, and raise a request for it if needed.
