I signed up to bt sport on 26 April. Waited for 24 hours for it to actvate. It is now 7/5 and bt will still not give me access. It says it cannot find an active bt subscription. I have had 2 conversations with EE technical who said there is a "known fault" I'm not sure what that means. EE were quick enough to take my £25 even though there is an issue. I was promised a £10 credit, although I wont hold my breath on that. Anyone else experienced anything similar?

Hi Katie,

Putting it bluntly, they have had 2 weeks to come back to me with a
solution and they have not.

It really should not be up to me to chase this up. I ordered BT sport for a
month for the football and 2 weeks in, I havnt seen any of it.

EE took my £25 with 2 clicks on my phone so as far as I'm concerned, I have
completed my part of the transaction and it is up to EE and BT to provide
the service without me having to chase it up.
