Blue light discount on Perks

Hi I am a new customer and trying hard to resolve the issue of adding my discount to my plan using my Blue light card, it keeps getting knocked back as a photo id or an valid work email address. I have now managed to get a code but where do I input this??.
Could someone please help me out, the shop didn't really help at all. Thanks

Yet it is extremely hard to get it done and keeps failing to validate photos or ids.
Not a happy customer 1 week in to the contract.

Hi there .i am having similar problems with claiming and getting my validation for my Bluelight card for emergency services for my recent phone contract, it keeps coming back as failed 4 attempts and the shop said just keep trying even after they spoke with one of yourselves via telephone. could you help please.

You can only add a code to a new or renewing contract. You add it on the sales page.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Thankyou this seems to be correct, i spent 30 mins on the phone to EE and although the back office of EE are supposedly dealing with it for me, but as of yet I have still not received an email or clarification of this , so to be honest I don't hold much hope. They blame the shop and the shop quoted 'it is done after sales through EE perks' Not very happy with the service so far.
