nhs discount code

i have phone and sim cotract with EE but i couldn't use the nhs dicount code while i had it because of some reason of the ee shop service provider fault. contract has passed already 1 year +

AS i have nhs staff discount can i have any option to use the discount code please?

@Abul2022 : Discount codes may be applied at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading or if it wasn't by calling CS within 30 days of purchase. They cannot be applied mid-term.
