Being charged extra for being a "loyal customer"

Hello, 

I was just wondering if anyone else has found that the price you are being given for upgrading is actually mote than it would be to just order as a new customer. 

I ve just been oine to uprgade and was asked to sign in for the best prices as a loyal customer and found that, the price was £13 a month more than if I juat ordered online.

 

Doesn't seem like the best customer service

There is no account access on these forums. 

Many variables such as your last deal you received, tariff, discounts already on your account, usage, device you want etc.... 

You are best off speaking with EE CS on 150 to establish what deals you can get.
