looking to upgrade and apply the discount 20% as work inthe NHS? how to do this?

ive had an account with EE for 10+ years, and foolishly never know about the NHS discoutn 20% that i was missing out on. 

i have an EE account but how rdo i apply the discount to this? its not clear on the system it just takes me to the community page? 

please help

Hi @andrewlindsey 

Welcome to the community. 

To apply your NHS discount at the point of upgrade you must do this at check out. 

You should see a section to apply a voucher and this is where you will apply your discount code that has been generated through your EE Perk account. 

If you do not yet have an EE Perk account please register HERE.

I think I have sorted it now thank you I didn't realise I had to log in to the EE Perks account and select my number that way.

Once you have the code, you will need to call us on 150 to get the perk code added to your account 🙂
