I have tried to sign in to EE perks and it doesn't allow my email / password combination.
I have tried setting up a new account and it says that I am already registered.
I no longer have access to my old NHS email as I am based in a new post which has a new NHS email associated to it.
How do I reset this account?

I would suggest ringing customer service to see if they can help, they can also reset your account.

I have spoken to them and they are looking into it. It is delaying the order of an upgrade which is frustrating...
