Helo, 

I have tried to log into my eeperk account but it says my password is invalid. I’ve tried resetting my password but still yet to have an email through! 

How do I go about resetting it?

I would suggest ringing customer service, they will be able to reset your account for you.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
