Beats with 24 month Apple Music offer doesn’t work

I ordered Beats Studio Buds + with 24 month free Apple Music and data pass. I received the buds, no additional vouchers or paper work, so I expected the Apple Music to be applied automatically, but it wasn't.

I contacted EE who tried to reset and apply the offer as I had Apple Music previously as an add on for my account. No matter how many attempts by different agents this wasn’t possible. The conclusion finally came to the offer was being provided by Apple as part of the beats being their product. I was advised to contact Apple who informed me they have no such offers in place or agreements with EE for Beats Studio Buds + with 24 months of free Apple Music.

As it stands, I have not being provided with what EE is advertising. Buyers beware.

Hi, so it is now getting really frustrating. I did as you asked and your colleague on 150 asked me to call Apple. I called Apple, they said it was nothing to do with them and to call EE. I called back, was left on hold and cut off after 16 minutes.  Relly not impressed. Can you please advise, also, can you please let me have the address for the director of online sales?

When reaching out to our team, did they confirm if the feature for Apple Music was active on your account? 

Also with your Beats, did you purchase these outright, or did you add them to a mobile number to pay monthly alongside your bill?

Your colleagues insisted the offer was nothing to do with them and that I should call Apple.  I purchased the Beats on the 24 month deal that included the Apple Music Bundle.  It was to pay alongside my bill.  This is getting really frustrating.

If you purchased there as an add-to-plan with the 24m Apple Music offer, it should be a product added to your account from our side, which gives the Apple Music subscription to use.
