BT sport switching to TNT not working

I’m an BT sport app add on customer , now been told to switch to TNT sports via discovery app. my pin wouldn’t work and then other pages didn’t load. Now I’ve progressed further 
I follow all the prompts but all the email addresses I use do not work to make a profile for discovery/TNT 

anyone else  had issues trying to switch over ???

Have you tried activating your subscription at ee.co.uk/tntsports?

If so, are you using the BT ID email address you have registered?

I have tried the email address as well as others

 

 i did use the link, got the pin then can’t get past the discovery Page

You don’t get anywhere doing this, I have been on the phone for 3 hours today trying to sort it, there’s an issue with ee and tnt communicating the data
