BT SPORT on big screen?

Why cant I watch BT Sport on big screen? 

 

I thought I chose the option for big screen when I upgraded my phone and I'm pretty sure I have been paying for the added benefit, however I cannot watch on the big screen on any devices. 

 

I can't see anywhere on the App or the website that says I have it as a benefit, but not cant I see anywhere to add it? 

 

Why is it not working? I've realised today as it is the start of the new season, watching it on my mobile was on the plan! 

 

Help! 🙂

I've tried calling and there is no option for customer care, which of the many options should I choose?

Sport to 150 doesn't work for me and can't get any joy out of online chat

They told me £15 and I told them it was £5! Online chat then went off

They don't know what they are doing!

Took me 3 attempts calling 150 to get sorted but finally its working.
