It's been over a week and a half since I switched from Apple music to Bt sports and haven't had a chance to watch anything yet. Spent like 3 hours on the phone trying to sort this out by EE and BT and I feel like wasting my time. Even made a complaint, but all I had was more time on the phone, Can I have my apple music back please? Website states I have to wait another month to switch again? Anyone please?

It's pointless then. Last time I called EE tech support asked me the details and tried to go through bt.com/eesport but they had the same error message and simply directed me to BT (last txt message below) and BT says it's on EE side to resolve nothing to do with them as they can't see any subsription attached to my email, unbelievable ..
My question was if it's possible to switch to Apple music so I don't waste 1 month without anything..

Yes. Last time a person from EE tech support took all my data required to fill the form on bt.com/eesport, but they failed to go through, then told me to restart the phone and wait for a message. I did and the message asked me to go speak to BT. I think I know what happend - I missed activation email hence it's not activated and BT doesn't know I have the service, but there should be some backup for situation like this. No one seem to know how to resolve this is why I asked to revert to Apple music ..

Hi,
At some point I asked them to find the way to send another activation link, so swap back to apple m and then to bt again, but don't know why they havent tried that. they should know all the tricks!

No, neve, despite my complaint still being open I believe. Didnot get another activation email. I will probably try them one last time later, but it's tiring because they try to selll me phones and contracts I don't need.
