BT SPORT headache no help

It's been over a week and a half since I switched from Apple music to Bt sports and haven't had a chance to watch anything yet. Spent like 3 hours on the phone trying to sort this out by EE and BT and I feel like wasting my time. Even made a complaint, but all I had was more time on the phone, Can I have my apple music back please? Website states I have to wait another month to switch again? Anyone please?

Ok so BT sport has been removed and then added again, that didn't trigger new activation email though so didn't make difference. I wasn't able to go through eesport as stopped receiving pin codes from BT . Now bt sport is removed from my account and apple music reinstated waiting to be activated, 24h they say. Pretty hopeless if I'm asked, at least they didn't ask if I wanted broadband this time...
