Yes, if you are trying to order it online from EE. However you could always pop into one of the following EE shops and just buy them. No contract needed.

Hi, I have called the stores from your list & they all report the same conclusion that they never had stock & you can only order online. I just want to purchase the glasses upfront with no contract, please help.

They do seem to be EE exclusive in the UK
If you click on 'buy' you get directed to EE's website
Maybe try ebay and see if there's new ones on there

Hi @MK54
Thanks for posting.
If you are not an EE customer you need to go to a store.
This is subject to stock being available in a store.

Thanks Leanne, unfortunately the stores never had stock & I have phoned all the London stores & my local ones. I will have to miss this opportunity as I really don't need another phone contract.

I wondered if I could buy a pay as you go phone that has no contract, would that allow me to purchase the glasses online ?

No, you need to have a contract phone or SIM with EE before you may buy any accessories.

No not true,
I was able to order them today from my local EE shop "Telford", was a bit of a faf with no ongoing contract or me wishing to buy a new EE contract, but I got them ordered to come to my local shop for a £25 pound deposit and pay the remainer as soon as I pick them up.

@Daibo : We were talking about online if you care to read this thread fully. As I suggested in my 1st post you could buy them at an EE Store as you eventually did.
