Very misleading promotion and disappointed with EE to be running such thing.
Got told if we upgraded our 2 phones we could claim 2 free Chromebooks but at no point did we get told there was a limited amount. Waited the 14 days but then wouldn't let me claim saying the time wasn't up, next day try and claim only to be told promotion has closed due to all the Chromebooks being rewarded.
This feels like I have been mis-sold a phone as I probably wouldn't of upgraded to a Google as I normally have Samsung phones and claimed many free items with Samsung with no issues.
I feel like this promotion is to get you to buy a Google phone with the promise of a free Chromebook.
Extremely disappointed especially as I have 4 phones with EE and just moved my broadband over to them.

No extremely disappointed as I got told we would recieve the chromebook and buds when we upgraded our phones, so i upgraded both mine and my sons from Samsung to Google pixel pro10, tried to claim yesterday after the 14 days but wouldn't let me so tried again today to be told promotion has closed due to all chromebooks being rewarded. This feels like ive been mis-sold a phone as I normally upgrade to Samsung and get something free but went with Google due to this promotion and at no point did they tell me there was a limit of how many where available. Really not happy as my boy was looking forward to a new chromebook.....

Same, I upgraded 2 phones and got told would recieve the chromebook and buds only to be told today the promotion has been closed. At no point did they say there was a limit. I feel like I have been mis-sold a phone as I wouldn't of upgraded to this phone if it werent for the promotion. I will be looking to take this matter further.

@dannunes Free gifts are always while stocks last. And as the promotion was from google not EE EE isn’t responsible. You can take this where ever you like it’s a limited time promotion while stocks last. Not reading the T&Cs of any promotion is down to you. You haven’t been mis sold anything you got the phone you wanted as that was what was sold to you. A free gift isn’t an item sold to you.

Hi @dannunes
The promotion might be closed but still eligible to customers who purchased during the window subject to stock.
Have you checked.
Thanks

Thing is most people don't look at the t&c i didn't either and renewed my contract for another 3 years thinking I was in line for earbuds and a tablet waited the 14 days and on claim was told it had been closed but you supposedly had up to sometime in December to make the claim. My opinion is it's false advertising. There also was an issue with my order as it didn't go through properly at an earlier date which might have given me enough time to claim. This was EEs error i do have an email stating my new phone order contract had been received at an earlier date but phone wasn't sent out. Think I'll be changing to another network when contract is up but it's a hell of a wait.....

As a company your happy enough to spread over your pages these offers when purchasing new contracts just a scam

hi just received an email too that im not eligible to claim as it has now been reached up to 2800 rewards. im disappointed with their promotion.

EE should removed that promotion so that people will not tempt to buy that phone. i.ve been with EE for more than 15 years straight. so disappointed with EE.

Exactly the same as my experience Lg03, Google's get out is offer limited to 2,810 units, it was 'available' on day 13 but not the valid day 14 to claim
