I am looking at a doing a new 24 month SIM Full Works for iPhone plan, that includes Apple One (Apple TV, Apple Music etc) as a free inclusive extra). I already subscribe to Apple directly for Apple One and have built up an Apple TV history and watch list, progress etc .. and with Apply Music, a good library, playlist etc. This will be cheaper than my current EE plan & separate Apple One account cost.
Can I just confirm .. if I took this new plan, and cancelled my Apple One with Apple directly, will I still have all of the history, playlists, library etc as I do now - I just don't want to lose everything I've spent years building up on Apple Music and AppleTV.
I assume it will all be ok as it's linked to your Apple Account/ID, so the history is already there.
Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi @NigelG5
Thanks for coming to the community.
You are spot on in what you are thinking. As it is all linked to the Apple ID, any favourites, playlists and the like on Apple TV+ and Apple Music will be retained when you move over to Apple One with your EE plan.
You just need to make sure that you remember to cancel the subscription with Apple to enable you to get the one included with your plan.
