Apple Music inclusive

I have Apple Music as an inclusive add-on. Called EE to set it up, they sent me 3 links all saying the same thing “No subscription through the mobile network provider”. EE advised me to call apple, apple said it’s on EE they have nothing to do with it. 

now is this a scam or just some unworkable”reward” EE is selling?

hiya,

I have been in touch with the team since Wednesday.  They have tried all possible troubleshooting method and nothing has worked.

Today, I was told to wait for another 5 working days to get this resolved. I've given up on this inclusive access. i dont believe it ever works. Thanks for all your support.

Update: EE called on Saturday and said they’re resetting my account and I should just keep calm it’s just technical troubleshooting. They promised to call back on Sunday (Today). I woke and saw a voicemail from Agent X. I called EE back and asked if he can be informed that I’m available. I was told he had tried calling me 2x (even though my phone shows only 1 missed called) and if he tried for the 3rd time, the case might be closed. Lol I don’t want to say what’s in my mind but this whole thing is EXHAUSTING
