Hi I’ve left EE today and am with another network however I still have access to Apple Music as this was my inclusive extra with yourselves. I can’t text STOP MUSIC to 150 as you’re no longer my provider and the message fails. How do I cancel the Apple Music? Oh it’s also not showing as an active subscription on my phone. Thanks, Lisa

The Apple Music subscription should end with your contract. When did your contract end with us?
