Andorra. Nothing on EE about adding phone calls & texts

I'm going Andorra. Had same problem last year & EE not done anything about it.

There is nothing I can see to add calls & texts from this Non EU country while I'm there. Data yes, no calls or texts. What is wrong with EE lately? Do think no one uses their phone to make calls?

I used WiFi calling when I was away on a data only....  just about to go to andorra myself.  Trying to find what I need to do and came across this!

Welcome to the EE Community. 

You'll receive a text when you arrive with a list of the add-ons that are available at that time.

You can view the current add-ons on page 14 of the EE pay monthly standard and non-standard price guide.

Please text ROAMING to 150 before travelling abroad to make sure you are set up for roaming.

You don't get anything within the text about phone calls or texts, just data. EE know about this & still haven't done anything 14 months later.

I've done that, still waiting for someone to get back to me. It seems even EE staff can't understand the Andorra worldwide billing thing.

Yes James, next day which was yesterday. It's Business tariff as well, so UK based I believe.
