Andorra. Nothing on EE about adding phone calls & texts

I'm going Andorra. Had same problem last year & EE not done anything about it.

There is nothing I can see to add calls & texts from this Non EU country while I'm there. Data yes, no calls or texts. What is wrong with EE lately? Do think no one uses their phone to make calls?

@MickRoberts  depending where you go, Andorra is pretty well covered with Wi-Fi, so you could just call on WhatsApp/Messenger/Viber/Facetime or what ever your favourite app is.

60-global roaming minutes, and 100-global texts, are both available for use in Andorra

There are no calls or texts add-ons for Andorra, only data. As it is not in EU, you cannot use your usual UK allowances there but will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-costs/countries/andorra.

I don't see any exclusions that prevent the 60minutes or 100texts being available in Andorra. They are also offered on the Andorra roaming costs page.

Would be interested in seeing anything that contradicts this - T&C and the relevant bit seems partway down page-3

Ah, @bristolian , sorry, I forgot to scroll the Add-Ons line horizontally 😞 . It used to be more obvious with the old roaming costs page.

HOW do I get them? As I've said:

So the only roaming add on I can do is Data? Wow that's not very good by EE then is it.
