Airtime rewards redemption not taken off my bill

I redeemed £10 of my rewards to my bill at the beginning of May, my bill has just come out today and the redemption isn’t on there- the rewards redemption shows my mobile number so I don’t understand why it wasn’t taken off?

i redeemed on 8th and my bill was taken 28th , apparently it will be on my next bill though rewards state it’s added in 24 hrs ?

Hi @Coppertj,

Once redeemed, the credit would usually appear on the next bill to be generated.

If this hasn't happened, I'd recommend reaching out at Transaction Support | Redefining Rewards (airtimerewards.co.uk).
