Air time rewards

I've won airtime rewards. the last 3 months tryed to pay towards my mobile bill but they have never shown on my bill

 l've lost 60 pound altogether. ive contacted ee and airtime but they say contact the other im going back and forth. what is the point if it doesn't work.

@Jessfuller70   Your number is correct within the airtime rewards app.?  And you’ve not won anything as every £10 you accumulate with in the airtime rewards can be redeemed against your phone bill.    And it does work as I use it regularly
