Activate Apple Music

Hi,

I have recently moved to over to EE 2 days ago and managed to activate the Netflix and BT Sport packages, I also have the Apple music as an add on but when I click on the link to activate it on my phone, it opens the Apple music app but nothing happens? I also tried this on a PC but nothing loads when iTunes opens? I have tried texting MUSIC to 150 and it says I already have Apple Music as one of my inclusive extras. I am waiting for my old phone number to be transferred over onto my new phone with EE, so is it just a case of waiting for this to happen and then try again?

I have the same situation. I have never been sent an activation link for apple music but my account says it's active. I try to open apple music through the 'subscribe through EE' tab and it doesn't recognize my mobile number

To change your Inclusive Extra, text PICK to 150

I have never had a joining link or activation code sent to me. I joined EE from my previous provider last week.

In this case, please call us on 150 and the team will get the link sent to you to get set up 🙂

I have tried to call but have had no joy in getting through to speak to someone.

At this stage can you not make arrangements to have an activation link sent. It just seems long winded to call up for a link to be sent.

If yes, this can be added within your EE online account or by texting PICK to 150.

I had made these selections when I was ordering the sim and joining EE. Should they not be added automatically when my order was completed?

where can I go on the app to add these add-ins?
