Hi,
one of the EE colleagues told me this morning I can get 30% off my airtime as I have BT broadband at my home address .. when I called EE on 150 back this evening another EE colleague told me I cannot get the 30% discount as the BT broadband is not in my name? Is this guy lying to me? I don’t understand why one person says you can get 30% discount and another says you can’t! Terrible to think EE colleagues are lying to us making us pay more when we can get discounts.
im quite annoyed tbh!

@Abee33 : These discounts are only eligible to the a/c holder of the BB a/c.

Unfortunately it’s true that ee staff are scammers. In Aug I signed a new contract as I thought i got a good deal…soo I was interested in iPhone 15 128 on essential plus with six months half price deal but the price was still too high and I refused then lady asked me if I have broadband at home if yes I’ll get discount and we’ll drop the price down. We are bt customers indeed so it was perfect I signed the contract. Soon after that I find out that I paying way more then agreed so I made a phone call I did explain situation then ee worker told me that they having issues in their system and all details weren’t uploaded correctly but he know what’s the problem and he fixed this with advice if it will happened again I’ll need to call them and they will fix this. So I talked with ee again because it never been fixed, they charged me way more and I’ve been told that they made mistake and I should’ve get this price lol and now it’s too late to cancel the contract hahaha how in the world is even possible for big company like ee to hire this kinde of people and not controlling what they do? Shame on you. Case is pending and I’ll take that to court if they not gonna fix this quickly
