20% discount code

Hi, I have just upgraded my account to a SIM only and I need a discount code in order for my 20% discount to be added.  When I try to log in to EE perks and click 'forgot password' it says I have been emailed a reset code but I haven't received an email.  How can I get a 20% code?  I work for the NHS and have been with EE for years.

Hi @kazzab1976,

Your Perk account has now been reset so you can re-register.

As you've had problems receiving password reset emails to your work address, I'd recommend registering with a personal address. You'll just need to upload a picture of your work ID for verification.

Hi Chris,

 

You reset my account but when I have tried to register again it is not recognising my email and password.  

Please can you help as I need to get my 20% discount.

Yes I registered from scratch this morning and it asked me to verify my NHS email which I did and then it wouldn't let me log in.

It just says incorrect details when I put my password in, but when I ask for a link to change it nothing comes through.  This is what was happening the other day and Chris reset my account.

Hi @kazzab1976,

That would indicate that a either a different email address to the one you used to register for EE Perk is being entered or an incorrect password.

Are you logging in with your work email address and the same password you chose when registering?

Hi James,

 

Please could you help me as this is getting really frustrating.  I have re-registered, verified my work email and it still won't let me in.  My account has now been locked for 24 hours.  Please could you reset my account so I can try and register again?
