It is an appreciation post.
I was facing difficulties when trying to add Office 365 as an inclusive extra. There was a technical problem in the EE system. However, I raised a ticket with tech support level 2 and they solved it after 3 weeks. It was a known issue to the tech team and they did their best to solve it for me. Eventually, I was able to activate Office 365 as an inclusive extra.
I would like to express my appreciation towards the tech level 2 team via this forum.
@Christopher_G Please convey my appreciation for the hard work of the tech team.
In the meantime, if someone is facing the same difficulty try to contact the tech support by chat. They are fabulous.
