Hi, I have just upgraded my account to a SIM only and I need a discount code in order for my 20% discount to be added. When I try to log in to EE perks and click 'forgot password' it says I have been emailed a reset code but I haven't received an email. How can I get a 20% code? I work for the NHS and have been with EE for years.

Hi @kazzab1976,
Your Perk account has now been reset so you can re-register.
As you've had problems receiving password reset emails to your work address, I'd recommend registering with a personal address. You'll just need to upload a picture of your work ID for verification.
