12 months xbox game pass with my package.

Hi 

I've tried claiming my 12 months game pass both on the app and online both are not working for me. Any help would be appreciated cheers.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

It just keeps giving me an error message saying we've had a problem loading this info please try again in a while!!
