I have just been told by EE that UK Forces veterans are not allowed the 20% EE Perks discount is this correct

Are UK Veterans not allowed the 20% discount with EE Perks

Welcome to the community.

I'm not aware of any changes to say that veterans can not get access to the Perk discount. Have you tried registering and uploading a copy of one of the below documents?

•        Certificate of service
•        Certificate of discharge (discharge papers)
•        Armed forces pension

Had perks for the last 3 24 month contracts phoned EE today told I should never had the discount. I phoned them because I could not sign in to EE Perks very unhelpful and she just cancelled the call
