Are these message from 1116 real or a scam?

Thanks why are messages coming from 1116 and not usual 150?

When do a search for this number no confirmation of EE now using this.

We do have some other numbers that are used for promotions @Angiesue

You can usually tell it is genuine by the link in the message being to an ee.co.uk site. 

If you are still unsure, our customer service guides are available to check the message for you.
