Hi I ordered the Galaxy S25 on 25th Jan and got the text confirming I would recieve my code within 28 days on 3rd Feb. As it is now out of this timeframe I have tried using the chat service and a telephone guide to help and its been frustrating to say the least, the chat service says I should have a text from 21st Feb but have none in my message list or spam folder.
The telephone guide advised me to speak to Samsung who referred me straight back to EE. I have no idea who to speak to or what to do and would just like to get my free gift so any help to resolve this would be greately appreciated

Great to hear you placed an order. You mentioned ordering on the 25th Jan, when did you receive your Galaxy S25 handset?
The 28 days is from the date the device was delivered.

Just to clarify have you received your claim code via text? If so what is the issue you are having with redeeming it?
You should have received a link along with your code which would take you to Samsung Buds3 Silver - S25 Gift Item (SM-R530NZAAEUA/GWP4) | EE Store where you would need to add the buds to your basket. Then during the checkout there is a Got a voucher code box to enter your claim code.
