I cant login my EE NHS perk please help

I can't login It then said my maximum times of trying to login has been reached  and my account is locked for 24 hours.

Welcome to the Community!

We want to make sure you're able to access your Perk account. After 24 hours has passed can you try selecting the 'Forgotten login details' options, so you can reset your password, and let us know how you get on?

Hi Rach_H, 

Thanks for your response. I did reset the password after 24 hours but still had the same issue. Please help me fix the issue.

When I reset my password I never get the link to reset it via email please can you advise?

Welcome to the EE Community 😊

Just to be sure with this one, have you checked to see if the reset email is coming to your spam or junk folder?

If you registered with both a work email address and a personal one, it's worth giving that other account a try too, as this may be where its sent to.

Hi yes ive checked on both unfortunately still nothing through, I haven't used the perks for over a year unsure if that may mean my account is deactivated? Many thanks
