Hi. I have order myself a Samsung Galaxy, it was advertised with £100 Cashback with any plan. How do I go about claiming my Cashback please?

Hi

I took out an additional phone with EE yesterday with the offer of £100 cashback.  Today I have had a call to say they made a mistake and I am not entitled to the cashback on the plan I took out. I thought it was for the handset irrespective of the plan, as your message suggests. Basically they want me to go back and sign a new contract at £3/month more than I signed up to or I won't get the £100 cashback.  Out of interest were you advised it was plan specific?  I know I wasn't and EE have admitted it was their mistake. Surely my contract still stands??
