I ordered my up grade this morning - and still haven’t had a confirmation

I ordered my upgrade this morning on line - I still haven’t had a confimation email to confirm order or delivery? Why is this?

It is Sunday today. Things tend to happen slower on a Sunday. Give it 36 hours. You'll not get a confirmation email until your order passes to the next stage.
