Just been on chat for an hour or so received a SMS saying my complaint has is being investigated in chat i was told the issue has been raised and i will get a SMS with 2-3 working days about if the order i placed for my xmas free gift had been placed or not... (no idea why nobody can tell me this or not) literally come off chat and i get another SMS saying my complain has been resolve... erm i dont think it has somehow
Anyone else had this? seem to me they want to act all helpful in chat but as soon as you leave its not even going to be looked at

I have the same problem though Kondor are saying the EE cancelled my order which i placed 25/11/2019
I was give proof or purchase on EE chat and have sent emailed to Kondor this was on the 30/12/19 and ive emailed twice since with no response
Am i ever getting my free gift?

Have you contacted Kondor who was doing the promotion?
