I am using a dongle and despite looking at other answers on the forum etc. i am unable to find the settings to change the content lock. Maybe I am missing something!

You should be able to remove your content lock in your My EE Account online.
If you're having trouble, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team who will be able to help you.
