At the moment the company i’m with has a phone that is linked to some software that sends texts out. Sometimes they can send a bulk sms of 300+ in one go. So the average usage of texts a day can be close on 1000 or more.
At the moment, its an O2 sim that even with it being unlimited, they always block the number after the fair usage policy is reached (not that they will tell us what this limit is - be it too many overall or too many at one time).
Does this or any other sim company have a sim that has no cap on it?

@h1cks86 : Most networks, if not all, will consider you have been spamming by sending too many texts to too many recipients in too short space of time, thereby violating the terms of use of the network as well as preserving the integrity of the Net. There are online SMS Gateways you can employ for doing this sort of thing but the mobile networks are generally just for personal use.

Hi @h1cks86
It sounds like your requirements are potentially commercial or "enterprise" in nature.
EE Enterprise Messaging may fit what you are looking for.

Thanks for this answer, I have heard something similar in the past.
Do you know if there is any way how to remove it?
Can the network increase the limit?
I have a small group, of around 40 contacts that I message weekly....

@rs78 40 numbers should be fine on an EE personal contract.
EE say that if you text/call more than 300 different numbers in a month they will consider you are breaking the T&Cs for monthly personal plans.
"At the moment, we‘ll decide that you’re breaking these terms if you
text and/or call more than 300 different numbers in a month."

Thanks for your swift response.
Actually it doesn't work, that's why I'm posting. I called tech support but as of now they haven't found a solution. They suggest it is a fraud protection thing and therefore can't be altered to a specific user. EE have decided on a figure and it applies to all...

Hi @rs78
How are you sending it? As one message to 40 recipients? I'm not surprised that doesn't work then, as it probably would be picked up as possible spamming, though I don't know what the limit per text is.
Have you considered something like whatsapp or telegram?

Indeed, that is how I'm doing. It's a small group of people that don't have smart phones so can only receive SMS.
Depending on the message length, is how many messages are sent out before the phone asks me for confirmation to proceed.
However, curiously, please note, untill last week I could send around 30 messages with roughly 90 characters each on my Sony Xperia X but now, it smashed and I got a Sony Xperia 10 III, and this phone, on the same network and same plan, only allows around 20 such messages before I get prompted ...
I have gone through all phone related settings and can't find anything. On the other hand to think it's just the network is also weird, because why the sudden change with a newer device ...
Just wish someone out there knew ...
