Thanks @Jukeboxjulie, I would like to try doing something called a network refresh, to do that please follow the below instructions:
Step 1. Tap the Settings app on your iPhone.
Step 2. Tap General.
Step 3. Scroll down to find Reset and tap it.
Step 4. In the new window, select Reset Networking Settings and confirm the action.
Once you have followed these steps you will need to re-enter any WiFi passwords you have saved. Please let me know if this helps over the next couple of weeks.
Thanks
Chris

@Jukeboxjulie Does it show a signal on the device? Have you tried just restarting the device?

Yes I’ve done a forced reset and got a signal. This has been occurring over the last 3 weeks.

I hope you're well and having a nice weekend, other than this issue of course.

Can you make outgoing calls ok?

Yes I can make calls no problem. I think it’s sorted now though thanks

I think that might have resolved it. Well, at least I’ve had a call off someone that couldn’t get through b4. I’ll monitor the situation.
thankyou
