Hi.
I keep getting a message every few days which says:
"Can't download MMS
Check your APN settings and then tap to retry"
I'm on a Pixel 6 - Android 13 - and have never had an issue with APN settings before; MMS hasn't been an issue. Also, the only online service I'm aware of to read my MMS from a PC browser is asking for "...the password we sent you via SMS". Which you didn't. Don't think my APN settings are wrong because you sent them to me when I inserted my SIM.
Can anyone provide a hint as to how I fix this? Can my APN settings be re-sent? BTW I am using an e-SIM for O2 alongside my EE physical SIM but all the defaults on this are set to EE so it should not be using O2.

Have you tried clearing the cache and data in the messaging app? @Stonelaughter.
If so, please call us on 150 and our tech gurus can get this looked into further for you.
