phoning home from European countries.

the last twice I have been in Europe  in the last year on cruises when in port I have been connected to the local network  however when I have tried to ring home in the UK I have been told that this call is unauthorised can you please tell me why and how can I fix this as I am going again in 4 days time and would like to contact home.

If you are on contract, remember to text ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK to ensure roaming is enabled on your account.
