pay monthly sim after coming back from abraod

Hi

I'm on a pay monthly contract and have been paying the bill every month. However, I have left the UK in May and gone back to China. Before I left I switched on roaming by texting 150 and roaming worked normally when I was transiting in Germany. But after I went back to China roaming hasn't been working(I cannot connect to a local network in China therefore don't have anything from data to phone calls and texts). I'm soon going back to the UK and will be transiting in the Netherlands, so could you please help me with the following issues?

1.Will I be able to use roaming again in the Netherlands or can I only get connected to network/phone calls after I arrive in the UK?

2.Will my sim card be deactivated? I think it won't happen if I'm on pay monthly contract but just want to make sure.

Thank you.

Hi

I just found this from MyEE online and I don't think I can switch roaming on by myself. Could you please help me with this?

Hi @balabalaDaisy

I would recommend getting in touch with our Mobile Care team so that they can check your account and make sure everything is set up from our side. You can find our contact information, including an international number, on our contact us help page.

If you can't enable the Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your online MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. via Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
