I bought a new sim card. I bought unlimited data add_0N. I am currently in Germany and nothing works? no sms no call no internet?

Welcome to the community,

If you have not activated and used it in the UK, then it will not work until you return here, or are able to send the SIM card to someone in the UK, who would be able to activate and make a chargeable call or send a text with it. EE is a UK company, and so SIM cards have to first be activated and used here, sorry.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
