Bought an iPhone 13 for my son and it arrived when we had already gone on holiday to the Cayman Islands where my husband is from and where my sons were born. I got my mum to DHL the phone to me in Grand Cayman. We received it today and my son was happy, however we are unable to get the mobile data going. I have set up the rest of the phone on the wifi and we can send and receive imessages but there is no mobile data appearing even if we put it on roaming. I purchased the data roaming for GBP10 a month so he can use the phone until we get home next month. Can someone let me know what I am doing wrong????? Thanks!

@Joanne2950 : The Roam Abroad Pass for £11.40 pm (it was £10) is not valid for the Cayman Islands. It intended for the EU + 5 large non-EU countries.
As it is not in EU, you cannot use your usual UK allowances there but will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-costs/countries/caymanislands.
