Hello, although I have paid the bills regularly, but now I can't make direct calls. My direct calls are disconnected and I can't call any number.   1. Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.
  2. Are you in the UK. 

You may need to speak to EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Also.. does your phone show coverage indicators? Can you send & receive text messages?

Can you receive calls? What happens when you try making a call?
