Yes, World Select Talk Text only covers USA, Canada, Turkey, Australia & UAE .

so I'm going on a cruise coving turkey and Greece, so if I opt into world select, it will only work in turkey and when in Greece it will auto select the £2 option ??

Yes, or you can save the £2/day while in the EU countries by buying the Roam Abroad Pass for £10 / month to use your usual UK allowances there with up to 50 GB data per billing month if you have more. 

Unless while on the cruise you are out-of-touch with any of the countries & instead connect to the ship's maritime network at Maritime rates .
