Unable to activate roaming 120 minutes.

I am unable to activate roaming 130 minutes neither through text nor online. Can you please help.

What do you mean by you can't activate roaming mins? Are you roaming now & can't make calls or you cannot order a roaming mins. add-on?

I could not order roaming minutes. I texted 120ROAM to 150. There was no response. When I tried through app, it says the order didn’t go through.

Sorry, I'm not aware of "120ROAM". Where do you see it offered? I only know of the 60 mins. pm Call From Anywhere. Where are you?
