I have lost data and call access from my mobile device from midday today. I am currently in Austria, from the UK, I have been here for several days, my phone had been working fine but for the last 5 hours I cant access anything! I am using a laptop on wifi to write this post, is there anyone from EE that can help?

I would suggest toggling flight mode and/or manually selecting an alternative local network.
If your roaming facility has worked previously, then this is likely to be an issue with the Austrian networks.
