calling abroad from the UK

Hi all
I've activated an adds-on for calling abroad but I couldn't make a call. Is there any change in my settings should be applied? Or there is another problem.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Yes, I am. I called them before this conversation, After some try, They told me call back in 2 hrs!!!!

Have you checked the Network Status Checker there and reported your problem via that link?

Have you tried restarting your phone? What kind of phone are you using?
Is international calling enabled in your My EE account? It should be under Parental & Data controls.

Yes, the adds-on activated and I've restarted my phone a couple of times!

Can you make calls to UK numbers?
If no - then your issue seems to be "I can't make calls" and the next check is to whether your phone has signal indicators
If yes - your issue is one of international calls being restricted.

- Suggestion Separate Voicemail messages for friends and other calls in Mobile Services
- I was told I was going to get a phone call and I still I haven’t got one in Mobile Services
- Data Roaming Not Working Again and Can't Get Through to 150 in Roaming
- Voice calls not working while roaming in Roaming
- Can’t link products in Mobile Services
