I can't make or receive calls

Hi,I got a new A54 from your store on Saturday. The phone is fab. However I cannot make or receive calls. Is there something i need to do to make this happen? Many thanks

Can't make calls to UK from Netherlands

 I'm having a puzzling problem, I've checked every setting reset the phone and tried changing networks, I keep getting error 10 and not authorised over the phone please help I need to get in contact with my bank
